Robert first began working in the Freight Forwarding Industry for a large Multinational for 22 years then an Australian Owned Company for the past 6 years. Prior to General Manager for these Logistics Companies, Robert worked as Export and Operations Manager and travelled to many countries around the world. Robert has vast experience in leading people as well as extensive knowledge in the processes and procedures of many large companies Logistics. Michelle Lausev
Michelle Lausev offers a wealth of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry. Michelle began working for a Multinational freight forwarder in 1991 working as Purchasing Manager and later as Director of Corporate Administration for 8 Departments within the Global Headquarters in Houston, Texas. Michelle offers strong business and administrative skills. Michelle worked at various levels over a ten year period at one of the largest multinational freight companies in the world. Michelle also provided corporate onsite support globally. The Domestic experience as a Purchasing Manager consisted of buying for 300+ facilities and support of high priority construction and maintenance projects for facilities in North America. Michelle offers experience in business development, marketing, business administration, contract administration, procurement and vendor negotiations. Michelle relocated to Australia in 2003 and launched the first Curves Fitness Franchise in Australian Market and was Owner/Operator from 2004-2009 for 2 Franchises. Experience – 21 years.
